Key information before you request a quotation.
MOQ, lead time, payment, reefer loading and customization are confirmed project by project. These answers explain our standard B2B workflow.
What is the MOQ?
For standard 75 g 3D fruit products, the typical MOQ is 600 cartons per SKU. For 3D Mini products, the typical MOQ is 1,500 cartons per SKU. Other series and custom products are confirmed separately.
Can different products be mixed in one reefer container?
Yes, mixed-SKU loading can be planned when each selected SKU meets its applicable MOQ. Final loading depends on carton dimensions, product mix and the reefer configuration.
What is the normal production lead time?
A single 40-foot reefer order is typically scheduled around 15–18 days after the deposit is received and packaging is confirmed. Multi-container projects are scheduled according to volume and production planning.
What are the standard payment terms?
Standard projects are generally handled with a 70% deposit and the 30% balance paid before shipment. Final terms are stated in the quotation or contract for the specific project.
Which trade terms can you quote?
We can discuss EXW, FOB and CIF quotations. For CIF, please provide the destination port so freight and reefer logistics can be reviewed.
Do you support OEM, ODM and private label?
Yes. Projects can cover existing-product private label, packaging adaptation, flavor or formula direction, custom shapes and mold development. Feasibility and MOQ depend on the scope.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Select the products you want, enter the expected cartons when known, and share your destination market, shipping preference, trade term and packaging or formula requirements.
How are frozen products shipped?
Commercial export orders are planned for frozen cold-chain transport, normally using reefer containers. Products must remain frozen at the required storage temperature throughout transport and handling.
